At Solluna Collection, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our guests while allowing us to prepare each stay with the care and attention it deserves.

Flexible Cancellation: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the reservation becomes 100% non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before your arrival.
For reservations made within 14 days of the check-in date, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.

Reservation Changes: We understand that plans can change. Guests may request one complimentary date change, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Additional date changes or modifications may be accommodated at our discretion and may be subject to rate differences or additional charges.
